My usual procedures are to discuss my client’s needs and desires for the piece. I ask several questions regarding the wearer’s personality, coloring, habits, etc. Then I go to my sketchbook and design three to five samples, with varying price points, for my client to choose from. This process requires an advanced payment of $100. Once the design is chosen, a downpayment of 50% is made to confirm the jewelry. Then I go to my bench and fabricate the piece. From start to finish, it takes about a month to fabricate. At the completion of the jewelry, the balance and shipping are due. I then mail the commission to my client.

Return PolicyReturns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise must be in salable condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. Any special orders (commissions) or altered products are non-refundable. Refunds will be made in the method of original payment.
Shipping InfoIn-stock orders will be shipped 3 days from date of purchase. I charge $15.00 for registered receipt and insured shipping, or follow the prices of the USPS Priority Mail services. If express mail is required, the fee is appropriate through the USPS services.
PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry items may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to photographic techniques.
